Our dedicated concierge, Clem, will greet you upon arrival and serve as your expert concierge before and during your stay. She can arrange everything from airport transfers, tours, restaurant reservations, and groceries, to any number of high-touch services. Originally from Southern France, Clem has lived in Tulum for a long time and knows all its hidden gems and trendiest spots.
